At Stickin Around, all products are custom-made to order. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure all artwork, sizes, and details are reviewed carefully before placing your order.
Sticker performance and durability depend on factors such as surface type, application method, and environmental conditions. As these factors are outside our control, all claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we offer one resolution per order.
Return Eligibility
You may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund if:

Your order arrives damaged, or

You receive an incorrect item due to our error, or

There is a confirmed manufacturing or print defect.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery at info@stickinaround.com.au, including clear photos of the issue and your proof of purchase.
Production Tolerances & Artwork Guidelines
All stickers are custom printed and precision machine cut using calibrated vinyl plotters.
Due to the nature of vinyl printing and plotter-based cutting, minor production tolerances may occur. This can include slight variations in cutting alignment (typically within ±0.5 to 1 mm), especially on designs that include visible borders close to the outer edge.
These minor tolerances are considered standard within the print industry and do not qualify as defects.
Designs that include thin borders or outlines near the cut edge may make natural cutting tolerances more noticeable. For best results, we recommend avoiding borders directly on the outer edge of artwork.
When artwork is supplied as low-resolution raster files (JPG/PNG etc.), our software must generate cut paths by auto-tracing the image. This process can inherit minor inconsistencies from the original file. For the cleanest and most precise cut results, we recommend supplying high-resolution vector PDF files with a defined cut contour.
Refunds or remakes will only be offered in cases where products are deemed faulty, significantly misprinted, damaged, or not produced according to the approved proof.
Assessment of Claims
Once we receive your claim, we will review the details and determine whether the issue is related to a manufacturing fault or other factors such as application, surface type, or environmental exposure.
Where a confirmed manufacturing fault is identified, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. This may include a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Sale Items
Refunds or replacements for sale items are assessed on a case-by-case basis and only apply where a manufacturing fault or error has occurred, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
We only replace items where a confirmed manufacturing defect or error has occurred.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed manufacturing fault.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
