Do you ship outside Brisbane?
Absolutely. While we're based in Brisbane, we ship to every state and territory in Australia — Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, Hobart and everywhere in between. Free shipping on orders over $100.
What's the minimum order quantity?
Our standard pricing starts from 20 stickers, which keeps the cost per sticker low. Only need one? Select "Custom Quantity" and enter 1 — you'll pay the same price as a 20-sticker order, with no forced minimum.
How long does production take?
Most orders are printed within 1–3 business days. Larger runs — for example 1,000+ A4-size stickers — may take 3–5 business days. We'll let you know if your order needs extra time.
How long does shipping take once it's dispatched?
Brisbane metro customers typically receive orders within 1–3 business days of dispatch. Regional and interstate orders take 2–9 business days depending on location. Express shipping is available for $9.90 if you need it faster.
What file format do I need for my artwork?
We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, AI and EPS files. For the best print quality we recommend PDF or AI at 300dpi. Not sure? Just upload what you have and we'll let you know if there's an issue.
Can I see a proof before you print?
Yes — just select the proof option when ordering. We'll email you a digital proof to approve before production starts. It's completely free, with unlimited revisions, and production only begins once you approve the colours, cut line and sizing.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes. All stickers are printed on waterproof vinyl and laminated by default, with an unlaminated option available at checkout for single-use packaging. They're built to handle Queensland's heat, humidity and rain. Prolonged direct sunlight or harsh outdoor conditions can affect appearance and lifespan over time.
What shapes and sizes do you offer?
Circle, square, rectangle and fully custom die-cut shapes cut to your artwork's outline — no white borders, no standard shapes required. Our smallest sticker is 25mm x 25mm and our largest is 180mm x 180mm. Need something outside that range? Email info@stickinaround.com.au.
Can your stickers be used on vehicles?
Yes, on smooth, clean, non-textured surfaces. Vehicle graphics face extreme conditions — UV, heat, washing, road debris — that affect adhesion and lifespan, so we don't guarantee long-term durability for vehicle use. For permanent vehicle graphics, we recommend automotive-grade vinyl designed specifically for that purpose.
What if there's a quality issue with my order?
Contact us with clear photos of the issue within a reasonable time of receiving your order. We'll assess whether it's a manufacturing fault or related to surface type, application, or environmental factors. Confirmed manufacturing faults are resolved in line with Australian Consumer Law, assessed case-by-case.
